The Arkansas Hospitality Association is hosting a
ServSafe Alcohol Seminar for businesses on May 4 from
9:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Chamber.
This program will give alcohol servers the information
they need to understand and implement the skills of responsible
alcohol service. Servers will leave the training confident
in their ability to make sound decisions in dealing with
customers.
This session will cover how alcohol affects your body,
the law and your responsibility, techniques for responsible
beverage alcohol service, and how to handle difficult situations.
Attendees will be certified through the National
Restaurant Association by taking a test at the end of the
seminar.
Bartenders (both beginners and experienced), servers,
waiters/waitresses and dining room supervisors should
attend this training session.
This educational program is offered through a grant
received by the Arkansas Hospitality Association. The cost
is $35 per person. There is a limit of two people per business
that can attend.
Space is limited, please reserve your spot today.
